Start with an Assessment

  • Share a 360° view of your health, from the food you eat, to how much you sleep, to how you’re managing your stress
  • Conduct a follow-up in-depth interview where we dig further into your health history
  • Learn how to optimize your diet to reduce inflammation, identify your unique triggers and develop healthy habits that really stick
  • Receive a written plan of action within ONE week that outlines the main diet and lifestyle opportunities areas and a plan on how to move forward

STEP 2

Put the Plan into Action with Coaching

Once your assessment identifies the main areas you can tackle to radically change your health, it’s time to get the ball rolling. You can either implement this plan on your own, or you can sign up for coaching where you will have access to:

  • My one-on- one coaching services for 6 months, where I will keep you accountable and make sure you hit your health goals
  • Up to 4 coaching sessions per month and unlimited email support
  • Follow-up email discussion of your progress, recommendations and a full de-brief of our sessions
  • Pantry cleanup, grocery store walk-through and additional resources that support your specific goals
